My Story
Nobody is perfect. As a Group Exercise Instructor and Personal Trainer people assume I treat my body as a temple, but everyone is unkind to their body. Sometimes just plain mean. I have learned to be comfortable in my skin. I will never be a supermodel, but its far more important I understand that feeling fit and strong is a state of mind I shouldn't live without. You shouldn't either. I want to help you feel great and love yourself - that doesn't mean I will make you look perfect, you already are! It simply means a happier, shinier, fitter you. A real, authentic you.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal training goals are just that, personal. Maybe you want to get fit and healthy, or just get out of the office into the fresh air. Maybe you are keen to lose some baby-weight. Whatever your training goal is, I'll be the firm hand that keeps you on track. It's absolutely what I love doing. Let's turn some heads, baby.

About Me
I'm a qualified Personal Trainer with a passion for fitness and training outdoors. You'll also find me in great gyms like Third Space, Canary Wharf teaching Spin to beginners and professionals. I'm an English speaker but can converse with you in Swedish and Polish too. My aim is to try to remain interesting in all three languages! I can chat about health and fitness forever, but when I switch off its with killer house music and some belly laughs with friends. I use music and good lyricism to inspire and motivate me to 'work it.' After all, we only get one shot at life, might as well enjoy it!
